When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, suburb, and email address if you give one, along with anything you choose to tell us about the job. Sensitive jobs sometimes involve personal details about health, a death in the family or difficult circumstances. You only ever need to share what you're comfortable sharing.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the service. We don't use it for marketing lists and we never sell it.
Who sees it
Only the people who need it to do the work. Enquiries sent through this website are delivered by email through our hosting and email provider, and are stored securely.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the work and our record-keeping obligations.
Accessing or correcting your information
